Sophia Davis

Sophia Davis has over 20 years of experience in the biotech/pharma industry. Her primary experience is in two areas: Executive Search (Physician Executives and Board Members) for growing biotech and pharmaceutical companies; and Strategic Development for a company (RPS) which pioneered the strategic solutions model, providing an alternative to traditional outsourcing approaches for clinical development and facilitating strategic transformation initiatives within leading global pharmaceutical companies.

Sophia spent over a decade recruiting physicians and executives for small, midsize as well as major global biotech/pharmaceutical firms, including building and managing the largest fully dedicated physician recruitment team in the industry.
